As much shame and guilt as I feel while watching these reality series, I can never get enough of them. It’s never fun having your own drama, but when it’s blown out of proportion and has nothing to do with you, suddenly it’s something a lot of people want to watch. We’re always looking forward to the next episode and simply can’t wait to see more of it.
Keeping up with the Kardashians
I think the Kardashian-Jenner family is one of the most chaotic families existing. Even though they have a lot of arguments happening all the time, you can’t deny the family bond that is there. It is also incredibly fun to have a sneak peak into such a rich life style, beyond our imagination and even with extreme amount of money, they often have the same problems as any of us would.
Love Island UK
Imagine you’re going on a vacation to a beautiful villa and you’re looking for love with about ten gorgeous people around you. These singles from the UK are trying to find love and win money, which is the grand prize. While doing so, you have to have the audience supporting you, because it’s usually up to them to vote and keep you in the game. One of my favorite parts is: you can back your favorite couple through the app, so it’s completely free! There’s always a bunch of things going on, it never gets boring and it’s on tv every day.
90 day fiancé
When Americans find love in some other country, they don’t have much of a choice, other than to bring their significant other to the US on a visa, which only lasts 90 days, meaning they only have 90 days to get married. The couples usually only have spent a few days to a few weeks in person, that’s why the decision seems very irrational, but you’re always hoping for the best, which usually isn’t the case. With the popularity of the show rising, there have been made a lot of spin-offs, so even when you finish the original, there’s always more to see.
